By booking a tour with Vandringsglede you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before completing your reservation.
Booking and payment
A reservation is not valid until payment has been received in full
Prices are listed per person and include everything specified in the tour details
We reserve the right to adjust prices in case of significant cost increases
All payments must be received no later than 30 days before the tour starts
Cancellations
The following cancellation fees apply:
More than 60 days before departure: No fee
30-60 days before departure: 25% of the total price
14-30 days before departure: 50% of the total price
7-14 days before departure: 75% of the total price
Less than 7 days before departure: 100% of the total price
Itinerary changes
We reserve the right to adjust the itinerary if weather, safety considerations or unforeseen circumstances make it necessary. We will always aim to find a good alternative.
Liability and insurance
Participants join the tour at their own risk
We strongly recommend that all participants carry travel insurance
Vandringsglede is not responsible for damage to personal belongings
Participants must be in reasonable physical condition to join the tours
Health and safety
Participants must inform us about any medical conditions or medications that could affect participation. Our guides are trained in first aid but are not medical personnel.
Complaints
Any complaints must be reported immediately to the guides during the tour. Written complaints must be sent within 14 days after the tour concludes.
